Prana: Breathing and Meditation Series
Prana, in Sanskrit means “breath”/ “life force”. We would like to share with our community some breathing and meditation practices that have been helping us. While the 2020-2021 sessions were focused on gently calming breathing techniques appropriate for night time, the 2022 series will incorporate some energizing active breathing techniques, appropriate for the morning series.
Accessible to ALL levels, ALL age groups.
The sessions will take place every Sunday on Zoom, February 6 - April 24, 2022 at 7:30 AM CST, lasting 30 minutes.

“I found out about Prana: breathing meditation sessions, at the beginning of the Pandemic. I did not know anything about Ishti, and it is a very welcoming and caring community. Their sessions have helped me develop my meditation practice immensely. Kinnari and Preeti create a beautiful atmosphere in which Kinnari explains and clarifies to newcomers, but also progresses and stretches the practice for the more experienced. I leave relaxed and replenished. They send very thorough review sessions, so you can continue the practice at home. Now I look forward to Monday nights and never miss it”. ~Rosa Ramos
