Movements of Many

Movements of Many is a family-friendly performance experience will feature performances, local makers, food vendors, and community activities, creating a vibrant mela-like atmosphere. Bring your blankets, chairs, and picnic food and enjoy this free event under the summer sky!

Performances feature Bharatanatyam by internationally acclaimed artist Sarmishtha Sarkar, Ishti’s repertoire Seen/Unseen (2025) and new work developed during a workshop intensive, live sound performance by long time collaborator Bob Garrett, as well as closing BollyX dance party open to all.

To honor this milestone, we’re launching our $10K for 10 Years Campaign, a community-powered effort to raise $10,000 in support of Ishti’s next chapter.

• Continue to create productions that respond to the world around us, engaging audiences in dialogue and reflection

• Hold space where artists, audiences, and community members come together to explore creativity, sustainability, and collective care
