Movements of Many: 10 Years of Ishti is a three-day outdoor celebration by Ishti Collective, marking a decade of bringing people together through dance. Each family-friendly evening begins with a hands-on rangoli activity—creating colorful geometric floor designs—followed by performances featuring dance traditions that have shaped us: Bharatanatyam, folk and contemporary.
This event is free and family friendly. Bring your own blanket/chair. Join us in the park for movement, creativity, and community.
Movements of Many is presented as part of the Chicago Park District’s Night Out in the Parks series, supported by the Mayor’s Office and the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events.
